Then spoke with : At will employee: Jason on the phone. He claimed the car needs to have the windows up for two days. Plus: " You need to understand the science of tinting. Note: There is no science of tinting.
This is a unjustified excuse for incompetent work. Note: The way tinting is done correctly is: You clean the inside window. Next : Cut the exact measurements for the tint. Then when the squeegee is used there should be no air bubbles at all.
No smears. No excuses. Well this is not what occurred. On Saturday after speaking with at will employee about the lousy job.
Just excuses from: At will employee: Jason. Such as to wait two days. Then the air bubbles will go away. This is a lie.
The air bubbles are there to stay. Will not go away. Then how do customers and consumers feel about when speaking to an at will employee, then they just walk away as you're addressing a legitimate complaint? This occurred on: Saturday: Oct.

In one month the air bubbles will still be there. Now must save money and have the windows re tinted some where else. Why should any customer have to explain the bubbles and smears are not the result of dirty out side windows but as a result of sloppy work. Never go here again.
Will not have any employee here ever work on car again. The possibility of retaliation is there for making a verbal complaint. Possibly could coincide: California Labor Code:6310. Example: You go to a restaurant and complain about the food.
